Sealing

Facilities range from simple vacuum chambers and a 1 metre water column to an automatic hydrostatic pressure cycling test vessel with a maximum pressure of 60 bar.

Robustness of Terminations

A range of jigs, fixtures and equipment provide adequate testing facilities for tensile, bending, torsion, compression and torque tests.

Microsectioning and Visual Analysis

Items such as connector pins and electronic components may be microsectioned and encapsulated, so that their surfaces may be ground and polished for inspection via various microscopes and image analysis systems.
